This retreat provides time to step away from the busyness of life and reconnect with God and one another.
Families will hear from engaging Christian speakers, participate in meaningful activities that deepen relationships, and be encouraged in their Christian parenting journey.
Along with learning and spiritual growth, there will also be time for fellowship and fun, helping families build lasting friendships with other like-minded believers.

I greatly appreciated the Family Culture exercise, in which all members of the family could participate! That was so great, because: Kids could contribute. We could have open conversation about the reality of our family. We could consider ways to change. This retreat was not just parents trying to think of ways to change family culture. This retreat was not just parents listening to a speaker share about parenting. The exercise was not overwhelming in the amount of time we worked on it and not overwhelming in its scope.
I really appreciated that kids could be running around the room, while we were working on our family culture diagram and even while the speaker was sharing. I appreciated the intimate atmosphere. The venue was fantastic! the food was incredible. I appreciated the free time on Saturday afternoon. I think the schedule was very good, With the retreat beginning Friday evening and ending Sunday morning before checkout time. All in all, I thought it was so great!!!

The interactive family activities gave us the tools and language to reflect on our family culture in ways we haven’t done in the past.
This conference was a gift to us that we feel will change the course of not only our family culture, but also our marriage. It certainly will be a mile marker that we can look back on and note the breakthrough.
Still thinking about the incredible weekend Calvin and I had at the Faithful Families Conference in Orlando. After seven years of marriage and some really hard seasons, we were desperate for a breakthrough, and the Lord met us there. Faithful Families gave us language for conversations we didn’t know how to have and tools that are already changing our home. So deeply grateful for @faithfulparentmom and the Weichel family for their generosity and obedience to what God’s doing through this ministry.

The family aspect of it... that it was a parenting conference with the kids involved! I love that the kids were a part of the decision making process to shape the culture of the family. They have adhered to the changes so much stronger than if we came home from a long weekend and just began to implement all these changes that they weren't privy to.
It really was so lovely and so refreshing to be in such a family friendly space, where kids were welcome to be involved but also allowed to be kids. Our entire family really enjoyed it. I also love the frameworks that yall have built around your material. The wheels and all of the S's were such a good visual to work through.

I love the variety of different presenting styles you offered in having the active participation w/the culture shift (and Derek/Amy presenting), Chap’s Bible wisdom for parents & older kiddos, Mikey and I with the worship music, Amy and I giving instructions, etc. so much great stuff there!!!
